As a published author of 12+ Bible studies and devotionals, I’ve walked the entire self-publishing journey – multiple times. I’ve experienced the excitement of writing words that glorify Jesus, and the overwhelm of figuring out design, formatting, and KDP on my own.

Out of necessity, I taught myself book design. I learned Canva inside and out. I mastered KDP paperback formatting through countless hours of trial and error. I designed all my own books, and along the way, I fell in love with the process of making words shine on the page.

I live in sunny Southern California (I’m a sunshine girl at heart!) with my husband of 30+ years, who serves in law enforcement. We have three beautiful daughters – two married with five grandchildren between them, and our youngest, whom I’m finishing homeschooling. My husband and I love hiking together, and those mountain trails have become even more meaningful this year as I walk through breast cancer treatment.

This season has deepened my faith and clarified my purpose. I’m determined to be cancer-free one day soon, and while I fight this battle, I‘m more committed than ever to using the gifts God has given me to help other women share their Kingdom messages. Life is too short and too precious to let fear or overwhelm keep your book from reaching the women who need it.
